It’s a typically Tuscan view that spreads out before you as you lie by the large private pool at Villa Petrea – cypress trees, rows of grapevines and hills rolling away to the horizon. Ideal for groups of up to 18 friends or family, who wish to explore the delights of Tuscany. Inside, the traditional reigns: expect terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings throughout, with some impressive antique furnishings and a large stone fireplace in the main lounge and dining area at the heart of the house.
The eight double bedrooms, spread out over three floors, can easily accommodate large groups. All come with an en-suite bathroom, TV and their own countryside view. A couple even feature mezzanine floors – the perfect hideaway for a child’s single bed. In a region of such cultural riches, some exploring will undoubtedly be on the agenda. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- The Security Deposit is €800 or equivalent in your own currency, cash payment is required on arrival. You will be reimbursed on check-out should no damage occur during your stay.
