The Home
Albicocco is a lovely, well-furnished villa located on the corner of a larger building in Poderone. It has two floors and a pretty, terracotta paved terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco.
Inside the villa is a large open plan room with the kitchen area divided from the lounge area by a big, original terracotta arch. The kitchen is immediately off the terrace. It is fully equipped and includes an oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment and gas hobs. To one side is the wooden dining table with four chairs.
The lounge has two armchairs and a double sofa huddled around a fireplace perfect for the cooler Spring or Autumn days. Double doors on two sides of the lounge provide plenty of light and access to the garden. The entire room is paved with terracotta tiles and has the traditional Tuscan villa ceiling of wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
