At home, enjoy coffee each morning and cocktails each evening on the deck, taking in the hills and green expanse behind the home. Inside you’ll find a fully updated, modern, open space. The sleek, well-equipped kitchen flows right into the dining area and living room, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. Spend mornings exploring and afternoons relaxing in the central AC while the day’s clothes get a quick refresh in the washer/dryer. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media, then call it a night in any of three well-appointed bedrooms - another perfect Hill Country day awaits tomorrow. THINGS TO KNOW There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
