If you’re looking for more urban delights, central Austin awaits a little over 30 miles away. But first, coffee - wake up each morning with a quiet cup and sunrise over the river from the comfortably furnished balcony, just above the pool. Dip into the sparkling water for a few laps before the day gets going, then head inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The wide-open floor plan combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the window-front dining area and comfortable living room, making the space ideal for spending time with family and friends. Don your chef’s hat and take advantage of the full suite of stainless steel appliances to whip up favorite recipes, then park the kids at the huge kitchen island for a meal while the adults head over to the table. After a day of exploring, relax in the central AC if it’s warm outside. Three streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi offer indoor entertainment opportunities, but watching the stars rise over the water outside makes for an even better show. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
