Whether you’re here for the world-class trails or to unwind by the firepit, this home has everything you need for a perfect getaway.
Prime Location: Bike-in, bike-out to the Tunnel Vision trail, part of a 100-mile network of single track riding throughout Bella Vista, offering direct access to some of the best biking in the nation. Plus, Huntley Gravity Park, a local favorite for mountain bikers, is only a few miles away. The local high school mountain biking team won state in 2023! And downtown Bentonville is a short 15 minute drive where you will find Crystal Bridges museum and a plethora of dining and shopping options.
Spacious & Stylish: Spread out and relax with two large living areas, equipped with Roku Smart TVs, a dartboard, board games, and even a selfie ring light for fun photo moments. Downstairs includes a wall map of local trails that can be enjoyed walking, running or biking.
Outdoor Escape: Enjoy peaceful mornings with coffee on the covered back deck or gather around the firepit below for cozy evenings under the stars. Adirondack rocking chairs and warm string lighting set the perfect mood for unwinding.
Family & Dog Friendly: Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered with a Pack N’ Play, children’s dining plates and utensils, plus the door to the downstairs fully closes, keeping those ultra-little humans safe while upstairs. Bring up to 4 dogs (under 100 lbs each) with you to enjoy your stay.
Main Level: Features three bedrooms, two of which have king beds, including the master with lamps that have built-in chargers for added convenience. Also on the main floor is the spacious dining area and kitchen with blue cabinets, gold handles, updated light fixtures and granite countertops. We offer plenty of amenities such as a blender, Instapot and griddle on the back deck. Brew up a cup of coffee or tea, complete with all of the fixings, and enjoy some peaceful time watching the deer and birds off the back deck.
Lower Level: Head downstairs to find an additional living space and another bedroom. The living area includes a small dining area along with the couch and chairs to enjoy TV or games. The fun bedroom boasts three queen beds. You can access the outdoor porch right off the lower level, where you will find Adirondack rocking chairs awaiting to chill around the firepit under the stars.
