This townhouse is located in a fantastic neighborhood that is part of the Bishop’s Landing complex. There are several walking trails nearby. You are within a mile of several dining options, convenience stores, Bishop’s Landing North and South Clubhouses, and the sparkling community outdoor pool.
When you book this wonderful home away from home, you are granted access to the complex’s shared amenities, which include a fitness center, tennis courts, a summer beach shuttle, catch-and-release fishing, and the aforementioned outdoor pool.
The townhouse is sunny and decorated with cheerful colors and touches throughout. The colorful living area provides a great spot to unwind and relax after a fun-filled day exploring the neighborhood or trying the complex’s amenities. The huge 85-inch Roku smart TV allows you to stream your favorite series and movies. Prepare tasty treats and homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers - a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. A propane grill is provided for warm-weather barbecues as well as a popcorn maker for entertaining movie nights! The first floor also features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer and the primary bedroom, which features a 65-inch TV and an en suite bath.
Upstairs is the loft with another 65-inch TV, a desk with two monitors, and several board games. Two bedrooms can be found on this level - each one has a 65-inch smart TV and one of the bedrooms boasts a second desk with a third monitor. Additional amenities include a Pack N’ Play, a baby walker, and a high chair.

Key fobs are required for access to amenities. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The HOA allows each home eight (8) community passes. They must be shared amongst guests. The HOA does not allow for additional passes to be purchased.
The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
