It’s also a great place to admire lovely sunrises and sunsets during your stay. Upon entering the home, you will come across an inviting living room with comfortable furniture surrounding a smart TV with streaming services - this is a great spot to gather with your loved ones and watch a fun series or movie together. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes and maybe try some new ones! This level also features a private bedroom with carpeted floors, a desk, and an en suite bathroom. It has a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rain shower, hand-held shower head, bench, and grab bars for senior guests. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (with tub) are located downstairs in the daylight basement. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and central AC. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available using your own accounts. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
