Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:

  • - No smoking
  • - Pet-friendly (pending approval)
  • - No parking on the lawn/grass areas
  • - No glass to be within the pool area
  • - No Excess cleaning and leftovers
  • - BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned
  • - Bins are to be taken out on bin days
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: the garage is not accessible and has equipped noise monitoring device (Minut protected homes) that are in use inside the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
