Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following:
  • - No parties or events
  • - No pets
  • - No smoking
  • - Pool Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
  • - No Glass, No Alcohol & No Smoking of any description in the pool area
  • - No Lifeguard on Duty - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a competent adult at all times.
  • - Respect these pool rules for your safety and the safety of others.
  • - Gym Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
  • - Stereo music and noise must be kept to a safe and responsible level
  • - Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the gymnasium
  • - No Excess cleaning and leftovers
  • - BBQ can be used but needs to be cleaned. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned
  • - Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony where an ashtray is provided with DOORS CLOSED
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property.
  • Very Private Residence - Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am
