Each unit will sleep up to 6-guests with 2-king beds, a pull-out sofa sleeper, 3-TV’s, 2-full baths, and are fully equipped with household essentials like basic cookware, linens, and a washer and dryer.
Please note, you must be 21 years of age to rent this property.
Resort Fees and Parking
• Resort Fee for each unit is $50 which includes a parking pass for one vehicle, wristbands
and dog sleeves. A second vehicle parking pass may be purchased for a fee of $30. There is

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Upon arrival, guests must visit the front desk in the Grand Panama Lobby to purchase their parking pass and wristbands for $35 plus tax.
- Property Manager will send a unit door code before 4pm on the day of arrival.
- If you have any issues during your stay the front desk on site cannot assist you. You will need to reach out to Property Manager at 888-607-0006 for any assistance during your stay.
- Things to know:
- Grand Panama is a condominium therefore we do not operate as a traditional hotel. As a condo most items will need to be brought by the guest. We DO provide the following:
- • The first round of toiletries ONLY (additional toiletries will need to be supplied by the guest, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent etc.)
- • Basic kitchen items (additional cooking items would need to be brought by the guest)
- • Linens and blankets (in-room laundry or the guest laundry room on the first floor is available to wash linens during your stay)
