CONSTRUCTION NOTICE- Balcony Restoration Project – 1800 Atlantic Start Date: May 2025-Estimated Completion: Spring 2026 Please be advised that a balcony restoration project will be underway at 1800 Atlantic from May 2025 through Spring 2026. Important Notes: -Units available for booking will not be under construction. -All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project. The master has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and for extra guests there is a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a 20 person Jacuzzi down by the pool. A fitness center in the courtyard and also Charcoal BBQ grills for your use. The Property has 3 lighted tennis courts one of which is clay. You get one assigned covered parking space for a normal size vehicle, Large SUV’s and big Trucks do not fit but there is common area parking on a first come first served basis for additional vehicles.
