Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Key West. Each bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of closet space. Both have access to the private balcony that faces the nature preserve in a quiet tranquil location at the property. The unit is located across from the Elevator so access is very simple. 1 secure covered parking space is provided with your rental. Full size fully equipped kitchen, full size washer dryer. Plenty of storage space. The master suite has a large walk in closet and a beautifully renovated bathroom with a custom walk in shower. You have an assigned covered parking space for 1 vehicle and you are located very close to the elevator for your convenience. There is an olympic size heated swimming pool, a 20 person jacuzzi out by the pool. 3 Tennis courts one of which is clay. There is also a small fitness center for you work out enthusiasts.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • You need to be 25 or older in order to rent this property. Photo ID is required upon check in and the guest leasing must be present when Keys are provided.
  • 1. No more than 6 people are permitted to stay in this property.
  • 2. This is a non-smoking property- please smoke outside only.
  • 3. Please respect other guests and homeowners at the complex and keep the noise level down. 9 pm – 7 am is quiet time.
  • 4. Please take out your trash prior to departure and tidy up to avoid extra cleaning fee.
  • 5. Please start the dishwasher & do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
  • 6. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
  • 7. Please do not hang towels over chairs on the Porch
  • 8. Bikes and Scooters are not to be kept on your Porch.
  • 9. You have one assigned parking space for your use.
