Important Notes: -Units available for booking will not be under construction. -All amenities, including the pool, spa, and sunning beach, will remain open and fully operational throughout the project. Poolside Breeze is a nicely decorated two bedroom 1st floor condominium with an excellent location very close to the pool. Poolside Breeze has an extra large floor plan with an extensive private balcony. Gorgeous new Kitchen renovated in 2018. Both bedrooms and the living room feature sliding glass doors that open on to the private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard of 1800 Atlantic. There is a full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen and a dining room area that seats 6. Full size washer & dryer in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and for your convenience there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living room. The unit has wireless internet. There are Mexican tiled floors in the living room and hallways with carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy the tranquility that this property has to offer.
