Boasting expansive gardens, a private swimming pool, and a designated stage along with a cabana, the home is almost perfect for anything at all!  Blurring the lines between the indoor and outdoor spaces, the one-of-a-kind drawing room seamlessly opens up to the serene panoramas of the beautifully manicured lawns and entices refreshing breeze at all times. The muted interiors are elegantly ornamented with lavish furnishings to ensure your utmost comfort. The sun-drenched cabana invites quiet evenings spent reading, whilst the pool is ideal for disconnecting from the outside world, as you savour the serene solitude. The in-house restaurant and chef promise delectable delights whilst devouring the gorgeous sceneries of the home.  Be it large reunions, intimate events or a laidback staycation, evidently the villa caters to it all. The Space: BEDROOMS - This beautiful property features a total of 6 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a variety of amenities including a comfortable queen-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, TV and separate seating area.  - Each bedroom echoes a distinct theme and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. - All the bedrooms on the first floor open up to private balconies, overlooking the surrounding gardens.  - A few bedrooms offer an additional sofa-bed and mattresses.  BATHROOMS - There are 6 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Enter through the grand gates of this sprawling estate, and welcome a world of modern luxury, all nestled in the coastal state of Goa.  - The first thing you will spot is a one-of-a-kind indoor-outdoor living area, that directly overlooks the garden and is set amidst a refreshing breeze.  - It is equipped with an elaborate spread of amenities including a music system, TV and a CCTV camera and it can seat up to 12 people.  - The openness of the room allows in ample natural air, and hence it is not equipped with an AC.  - There is a separate in-house restaurant on the first floor, stylishly designed with eye-catching artworks.  - It is replete with a long table, cosy sofas and high chairs for up to 16 people.  - The exteriors of the property emanate a soothing aura and calm aura, with its abundance of lush greenery and towering palms. - The property boasts an expansive 200 sq. ft. lawn with a stage and water fountain, complete with outdoor furnishings and cosy sofas.  - The gardens boast a designed stage area, making for an ideal setting to host intimate gatherings, offsites as well as large events. - Guests can unwind, relax and enjoy a de-stressing soak in the swimming pool, 45x18 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.  - The pool deck features a poolside bar and covered cabana, making for the perfect hangout spot.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.   - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.  FOOD - Guests can choose their preferable meal package from 3 options.  - Guests can either opt for a complimentary breakfast, along with all other meals at an additional cost, on a la carte basis or all meals will be provided at a fixed additional cost, or all meals can be provided at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.  - Outside food is not allowed.  GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at a nominal additional cost. Meals will be chargeable. These prices can be provided on request.  ACTIVITIES This sprawling estate is brimming with a spectrum of amenities, promising to be a serene escape from the mundane everyday woes. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The living room and the in-house restaurant are not equipped with an AC.  - Guests are advised to keep the windows and doors shut during the evenings, given the presence of insects around. - The location of the villa is secluded.  - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 22 hours.  - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living area for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
