A traquill fountain welcomes you as you ascend to the second floor, where a grand piazza spans the length of the home, inviting indoor-outdoor relaxation. Inside, the main living level features a cozy sitting area with a plush plum sofa, armchairs, and a large flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen offers classic style with modern stainless steel appliances and a large wooden dining table that seats six. One of the home’s four bedroom sis located on this level, featuring a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the piazza. A laundry closet off the dining area adds convenience to your stay. Upstairs, the third level hosts three additional bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, double closets, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a glass walk in shower and dual vanity. Two additional bedrooms, a queen and a double, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo and dual vanity. Another queen bedroom on this level features a private ensuite with a walk in shower and access to the upper piazza.
