The villa is ideal for rejuvenating yourself, with comfortable rooms, a private kitchen, manicured lawns and a host of activities. Experience the vibe of modern-day Rajasthan at The Owl House. Space:- BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms for guests to use. - ACs, Wi-Fi, and heaters are provided in all rooms. - 3 rooms have private verandahs, while the smaller room has a bay window. - 3 rooms have attached bathrooms. - 1 room has a queen-size bed, while the other three have king-size beds. - 3 extra mattresses can be provided on request.  BATHROOMS - On the ground floor, there are 3 private bathrooms and 1 shared one. - The first-floor suite also has a private bathroom. - The bathrooms are neat and tidy. - All bathrooms have geysers, toilet paper, and towels. COMMON AREAS - The living room has a flat-screen TV, a portable music system and is air-conditioned.  - It has seating arrangements for 9 people. - There is a terrace at the top of the villa with a convenient sitting area. - There is a private lawn that accommodates 20-25 people. - On prior notice, small events can be organized here. - The outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 9 people. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and water purifier. - Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elablorate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.750 per day will be levied. - Guests are allowed to prepare veg and non-veg meals. - They can also choose to order from the nearby restaurants.  - There is crockery available for 9 people. FOOD -There is a menu for breakfast and snacks, which guests can order from at any time of the day. (on additional cost) - Lunch and dinner are not provided. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants such as Kebabs and Curries and Café Craft. - Guests may also choose to bring their own ingredients and cook at the villa. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as chess, playing cards, darts, Ludo and Jenga, or they can choose to borrow a book to read. They can also indulge in outdoor activities such as cricket, badminton, cycling, and barbecues. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The villa is a part of a gated community. - Guests are advised not to venture out late at night as there is wildlife in the vicinity. - While toiletries such as soap, conditioner, shampoo, and moisturizer are provided, guests are requested to carry their own toothbrushes and toothpaste. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - All-male groups are not allowed.  - Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.  GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The villa has a private entrance. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees. - Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property. - Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in. - In case of any delays or other grievances, guests can reach out to guestsupport@Property Manager.com for assistance.
