Set in the coastal town of Alibaug, in Maharashtra, its proximity to the city while being nestled in a quaint nook makes it a perfect getaway. The modern interiors are a seamless mix of minimal yet lavish furnishings. The indoor courtyard, the towering skylight along with the large windows ensure that the home is swathed in ample natural light, setting a rather soothing mood. However, what sets this home apart is its huge, private swimming pool, which is surrounded by vivid, handpainted walls, perfect for selfies! Featuring manicured gardens, a water fountain and ample outdoor spaces, specially made for unwinding, this expansive holiday home is a perfect balance of luxury. Pets are welcome. The Space: BEDROOMS - This sprawling estate features 4 bedrooms spread across 2 individual units - 2 in each unit. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. - Each bedroom is equipped with a plethora of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a queen-sized bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, electric kettle and ensuite bathrooms. - The bedrooms open to their respective attached furnished patios, overlooking the greenery. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The common spaces of the villa are housed in a separate unit. - The walkway leading up to the villa is sprinkled with lush greenery, towering palms and a water fountain. - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor that is furnished with lavish sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people. - It offers a myriad of leisure amenities including Wi-Fi access and AC. - There is a separate TV lounge, featuring a landscaped indoor garden and a tall skylight allowing in ample natural light. - It is equipped with amenities such as a portable music system, TV, AC and Wi-Fi, and it can seat up to 11 people. - The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the TV lounge, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. - Guests can make the most of the indoor gaming zone, which is complete with a variety of board games and a pool table. - Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails by the bar. - The outdoor spaces are replete with green verdancy, manicured gardens and vibrantly painted walls. - Featuring expansive lawns, 1000 sq. ft. in size, with ample seating space, the exteriors of this villa are an absolute delight. - The lawns are adorned with characteristic outdoor furnishings, including benches and a collapsible umbrella providing shade. - The main focal point of the villa is its huge, private swimming pool 50x25 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. - Either side of the pool boasts beautifully handpainted walls, in vivid hues, making for the perfect backdrops for photographs. - A bar can be set up next to the pool area, making it an experience to remember. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 plus taxes per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 plus taxes per person, per day. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day. ACTIVITIES Promising a rejuvenating getaway in the coastal town of Alibaug. Within the property, guests start their day with a leisurely stroll on the lawn and soak in the morning sun rays. Relish an elaborate breakfast amidst nature. Spend quality time with your loved ones in the games room, and play indoor games like cards and ludo. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per meal. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. - Washing machine can be used at an additional cost. - Medical kit and torch can be provided on request. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 10 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. HOUSE RULES - Shooting of videos and movies is not allowed. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
