The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor & 4 on the first floor.  - Each of these well-furnished bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable king-sized bed, AC, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access, an extra mattress and ensuite bathrooms. - Each of the bedrooms overlook the lush, verdant garden. - Both the bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with a balcony. - One of the bedrooms on the first floor opens up to a huge, spacious terrace where guests can sit out, relax, meditate and have their favourite beverages while listening to the chirping birds. - The first floor bedroom is also equipped with a luxurious 2-seater jacuzzi.  BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms, on the ground floor of the property. - All bathrooms offer boilers for hot water, towels and toiletries. - One of the bedrooms on the first floor offers a 2-seater jacuzzi. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 common spaces - 1 living room on the ground and a lounge on the first floor of the property. - Both the areas offer comfortable seating for up to 12 and 10 people respectively, and offer air-conditioning, wired music systems, Wi-Fi access and a TV in each of the rooms. - The lounge room on the first floor offers a pool-table, foosball table, a fun dance floor and a collection of board games to choose from. - There is a dining room offering comfortable seating for up to 12 people, that is part of the ground floor living area. - The exteriors of this modern villa boast sprawling green lawn that covers an area of about 6000 sq. ft., along with a gazebo that offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - For someone looking for a good read, this villa also features a reader’s corner that offers a collection of books and classic novels to read through. - The villa has 2 private pools - 1 regular & a baby pool, both surrounded by verdancy. - The regular pool is 15ft x 30ft in size with a 4.5ft. depth & overlooks the bar. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per person for a vegetarian meal. Please note that the price is exclusive of taxes. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available 24/7.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide driver accommodation for up to 6 people at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night. Meals are included in the cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can lounge in the spacious yet homely living room as they have their favourite beverage. The CinCin offers a myriad of handpicked experiences for everyone. Guests can have a memorable time playing pool or foosball with their friends and family. A scrumptious barbeque can be set up by the pool on cooler nights. This property is perfect for events and larger gatherings. The expansive lawn can accommodate upto 200 guests along with a stage! The outdoor dining area is perfect for a hearty al fresco meal. For guests who love adventure treks, there is Della adventure park just a short drive away from the property. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can enjoy the jacuzzi in the first floor bedroom at no additional cost.  - A barbeque meal can be relished at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person. Please note that the price is exclusive of taxes. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed here. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 45KVA generator can support all the lights, fans & appliances for up to 8 hours.   - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. NEIGHBOURHOOD An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. - Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time. - Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica. - Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum. - Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.  Getting Around: - Distance from Pune Airport - 70 km. - Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 4 km. - Distance from Lonavala Bazar Bus Stand - 3.5 km. - Distance from Lonavala Market Road - 3 km. HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
