The Space: BEDROOMS - This art-filled holiday home, embellished with a multitude of lavish amenities offers 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor with an additional attic room within one of the bedrooms - The family bedroom with the additional attic room is equipped with two king-sized beds.  - At this quaint, contemporary mountain house, every window overlooks an astounding view of the valleys. - Each of the bedrooms offers a myriad of amenities such as a king-sized bed, heater, wardrobe & an elevated attic bedroom inside one of the bedrooms on the first floor. - The ground floor bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. - Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a beautiful balcony that offers a scenic view of the Kasauli valleys. - All the bedrooms offer separate seating spaces for guests to sit back, relax and have their favourite hot beverage. - Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are a total of 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room - situated on the ground floor. - Each attached bathroom offers geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - Two of the bathrooms are decked with tall windows so guests feel connected to nature, at all times while still respecting their privacy. INDOOR AREAS - As you walk through the spacious stone facade, you will enter the articulately designed living room with modern yet homely interiors and plush decor. - Taking inspiration from its surroundings, this mountain home is brimming with wooden furnishings, brick & stone walls and lavish decor with natural textures. - The living room offers comfortable seating space for 10 people and is equipped with a myriad of luxe amenities such as a 55 inch TV, a pool table, heater, Wi-Fi access and a cosy fireplace. - There is a quaint study room on the first floor where guests can read a book or peacefully work while they admire nature’s galore. OUTDOOR AREAS - One of the finest highlights of this art-filled haven is the elevated balconies that peek right into the breathtaking valleys. - This charming villa has 2 balconies, each of them offering an outdoor dining space with comfortable seating space for 6 and 4 people respectively. - Guests can sit & relax by this deck area or dine under the sunset hues while watching a panoramic view of the verdant valleys. - The property is also equipped with 2 beautiful lawns where guests can take a peaceful walk or meditate. - The chirping sounds of the birds in the surroundings and the pleasant weather that stays all year add to the tranquillity of this charming abode. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided on request, at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host will not be present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. However, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Nestled in an incredible natural setting, one can experience peace & tranquillity like nowhere else at The Hill Abode. Built around the contemporary concept of indoor-outdoor living, no matter what nook or corner of the house you decide to lounge in, it will always seem like pacifying in the lap of nature. Guests can snuggle on the comfortable sofa in the living room by the fireplace, shoot their shot at the pool table or set up a barbeque or bonfire session by the lawn. The outdoor deck area is perfect for a hearty al fresco meal, with an astounding view. For guests who love adventure treks, there are trails around the property that lead to beautiful streams nearby, especially in the monsoon season. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. - A bonfire set can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 1200. - There is a fireplace in the living room that can be accessed at an additional cost. - The pool table in the living room can be used at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The parking space is undergoing construction. Guests can park their cars on the main road, at their own risk.  - In order to safeguard any damages to the wear & tear of the property, a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid at the time of check-in. The amount will be refunded once the guests check out. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.  - Please note that this property is secluded. However, convenience stores are just a 5-minute drive away. - The windows at the property are lined with a mesh barrier for protection against insects & bugs. Guests are requested to shut the mesh blinds after sunset. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, there is a 30 KVA inverter that can support all lights & fans for up to 6 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Speakers are not allowed outside the house after 11:00 pm - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available on the ground floor of the property. The network is subject to availability at any given time. NEIGHBOURHOOD Kasauli, a cantonment town, is one of the most popular hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, we recommend a few nearby places and activities to make your stay even more memorable.  - Take a tour to Kasauli Brewery where you can explore the process of Whiskey production and taste a sample of distilled whiskey.  - Enjoy a panoramic view of nature from Monkey’s Point.  Getting Around: - Distance from Chandigarh Airport - 75 km. - Distance from Kalka Railway Station - 29 km. - Distance from Parwanoo Bus Stand - 26 km. - Distance from Joharji Market - 2.2 km. HOUSE RULES- -  Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Dining inside the bedrooms is not allowed. - Please do not spill any liquids or food items on the attic floors. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
