The Space: BEDROOMS - This sprawling home adorned with rustic interiors houses 4 luxe bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - 3 of the bedrooms offer a king-sized bed, whereas the other bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a queen-sized bed. - All bedrooms offer a range of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and an electric kettle.  - 1 room on the ground floor and first floor each have an extra mattress. - Every room offers an unending view of the viridescent Himalayan valleys and a cosy spot to engage in some light reading.  BATHROOMS - There are a total of 4 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - A hair dryer can be made available upon request. INDOOR AREAS - Emanating a luxe yet pleasant aura, set afoot through the doors of this charming chalet to two such spacious living rooms. - Adorned in rustic hues, both the living rooms feature a lounge-type setting that can accommodate up to 5 & 8 people respectively. - The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a heater, AC, and Wi-Fi access. - The living room on the first floor offers a myriad of amenities such as a home-theatre system, TV, AC, heater, Wi-Fi access, and a wired music system. - It also features a bar area and balcony offering the perfect backdrop of the hills. - The dining area is a component of the living room on the first floor and can accommodate up to 12 people at a time. - Guests can indulge in a completely rejuvenating spa experience in the designated room on the lower ground level. - It also offers a private 2-seater jacuzzi. - The villa features several balconies and verandahs, featuring snug seating arrangements. OUTDOOR AREAS - As you make your way through the living room, enjoy the sprawling outdoor areas which feature leveled lush green lawns.  - These well-manicured lawns that seem to blend in with the verdant valleys cover an area of about 1500 sq.ft and 5000 sq.ft each. - Both lawns are furnished with ample seating space that can accommodate up to 12 people each. - Guests can catch a glimpse of the vivid hues of the sky from dusk till dawn and simply stroll along its vast expanse. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house on an A la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10:00 PM. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 males at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person exclusive of meal charges. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The last 2 km. leading up to the villa is an unbuilt road. Guests are advised to remain cautious of the same. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly villa. - In case of a power outage, the 5KVA generator can support all lights and plug points for up to 4 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - Guests are advised to stay cautious of wild animals around the property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Since the property is situated in a rustic setting, guests are requested to respect nature and the locals. - This is a standalone property. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the jacuzzi.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the jacuzzi.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
