To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bar, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 2 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 airconditioned bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor. - All rooms offer amenities such as king-sized beds, Wi-Fi access and attached bathrooms. - 3 bedrooms on the first floor offer an attached, furnished balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached bathrooms, 1 common powder room and 1 common bathroom on the terrace. - All bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 spacious living rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - The living room on the ground floor can seat up to 15 people and is equipped with an AC, pool table, Wi-Fi, TV and a Bluetooth speaker. - The living room on the first floor offers seating arrangements for up to 6 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera. It does not have an AC but is well ventilated and has a ceiling fan. - The dining area is a part of the living room on the ground floor. It can seat up to 12 people. - The living area on the ground floor opens up to the outdoor patio, complete with outdoor furnishings. - The exteriors of the villa feature a plunge pool, 11x10ft. in size 4 ft. in depth. - The pool deck features sit-out space and a bar counter that overlooks the lake. - Head up to the terrace that is equipped with a variety of indoor games, including a poker table, foosball, carrom among others. KITCHEN - There is a kitchen on the ground floor and a pantry on the first floor of the villa. Guests may use the pantry and kitchen for reheating purposes, but not for elaborate cooking. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. - The pantry is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2000 per person, per day. Please note that this price is exclusive of taxes. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker, along with butler service, is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the outhouse. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the plunge pool, unwind on the pool deck and enjoy their favourite cocktails by the bar. Head over to the terrace that overlooks stunning views of the lake and play indoor games like carrom, foosball, pool and poker. Relish a hearty barbecue meal amidst sweeping views on the deck, and request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use. - Butler service is available. - Electric Vehicles can be charged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Kindly keep the windows and doors shut at all times, given the presence of insects and bugs around. - The living room on the first floor is not equipped with an AC. - The road leading up to the villa is narrow. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the living rooms and exteriors areas for security purposes. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 14 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time and may fluctuate in the bedrooms. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well on the terrace and the balconies. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. NEIGHBOURHOOD Surrounded by lush green vistas and waterfalls, Karjat is the best place to escape to if you wish to catch a break from the hullabaloo of the city. An ideal place for the adventure junkie in you, while here, you can indulge in various adventure sports as well! HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Smoking of hookah is strictly not allowed. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
