To that effect, we provide: - Elevator, generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries, bathtubs - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue meals, bar counter, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 10 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious bedrooms in the villa - 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All rooms offer various modern amenities, including a TV, AC and en suite bathrooms. - The kids’ room has 3 bunk beds, while all other rooms have king-sized beds.  - A designated workstation is offered in 3 bedrooms.  BATHROOMS - There are 5 en suite bathrooms, 2 common bathrooms, 2 common powder rooms and a separate pool shower in the villa.  - All bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, automated online geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - The villa features 3 expansive living rooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the terrace.  - The first living room on the ground floor offers L-shaped seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a portable music system, AC, TV and Wi-Fi access. - The second living room offers ample seating arrangements for up to 20 people and is equipped with a TV, AC and Wi-Fi access. It opens up to a bar counter that can seat up to 6 people. - The living room on the terrace has floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowing in ample sunlight. It offers unique, curved seating arrangements for up to 15 people. - There is a separate dining room on the ground floor that can comfortably seat 10 people.  - There is a second dining area attached to the living room on the terrace offering ample seating, ideal for a game of poker.  - The basement of the villa has a games room, complete with several sit-outs, carrom, foosball, table tennis and other games.  - Guests can make the most of the steam room, sauna room, rain shower area and a separate massage room, also located in the basement.  - There are 2 common balconies, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, each with a coffee table and chairs.  - Guests can lounge on the indoor deck on the first floor, overlooking the living rooms.  OUTDOOR AREAS  - The games room opens up to the private, curved heated swimming pool, approximately 40x10ft. in size and 4ft. in depth. - The outdoor pool deck features pool loungers, a hammock and other seating arrangements.  - The exteriors of the villa also include a beautifully manicured 4500 sq. ft. lawn that can seat up to 8 people.  - Soak in the misty breeze while on the terrace that offers various seating arrangements and enjoy the al fresco dining experience.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person, per day.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.  - Barbecue meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 650 per person, per meal.  - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, excluding meal charges and taxes. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. Guests are to pay these accommodation charges in cash to the caretaker at the property. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the heated swimming pool or simply relax on the pool loungers. Take a peaceful walk on the lawn, lounge on the hammock and soak in the blissful surroundings. Head over to the terrace, enjoy a game of poker or relish all the meals amidst the cool breeze. Devour a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up. While indoors, unwind at the several lounge-worthy sit-outs spread throughout the house. Enjoy a soothing massage, make the most of the rain shower and relax in the steam and sauna room. Gather your loved ones and play a game of carrom, table tennis, foosball and amongst other indoor games. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar. Snuggle with a book to read peacefully or opt for a movie marathon. Soak in the morning sun and relish your morning coffee on the balconies and leave this holiday home refreshed and rejuvenated.  ADD-ON SERVICES - The steam room, sauna room, massage room and rainshower can be accessed at no additional charges. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all major appliances, lights and fans for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well throughout the property, however, Airtel and Vi work well only on the first floor.  - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. NEIGHBOURHOOD An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. HOUSE RULES - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
