The pear-like shaped pool here is the perfect place to lounge around, with a tree providing you some shade so you can splash around while the sun is out too. Guests can also unwind by the lush lawn, giant gazebo, big balcony, outdoor sitout, passage, bar and living room - the options are endless! The villa has modern interiors, yet manages to maintain a vintage setting, which we’re sure you’ll appreciate. The Space: BEDROOMS: - There are 4 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - All rooms offer AC, WiFi and attached bathrooms. - All rooms have king-sized beds, except one room with twin beds. BATHROOMS: - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room on the ground floor offers WiFi, TV, music system and seating for 12-15 people. - The dining room has seating for 8 people. - The lawn can seat 8-10 people. - The pool is 50 x 50 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, grinder, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - Please note that the meal prices will be exclusive of tax charges. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. This is subject to availability. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Cooking and consumption of non-veg food is allowed. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accomodation for 2 staff members at an additional charge of Rs. 750 per person, per day. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, lounge by the pool or lawn, or play indoor games like chess, Monopoly and Othello. Guests can also enjoy a read or step out for morning walking trails along the garden. HOME TRUTHS - Both inverters can provide power for 12 hours each - one inverter can support selective lights and fans in each room, the other inverter can support the refrigerator. - Additionally, the generator can support all appliances for 24 hours. - There is 1 CCTV camera near the front gate for security purposes. - The road leading up to the property may be rough. - The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. - There is a dog at the property but he will be kept away from guests. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Incase of a power outage, both inverters can provide power for 12 hours each - one inverter can support selective lights and fans in each room, the other inverter can support the refrigerator. Additionally, the generator can support all appliances for 24 hours. Diesel charges for the same will be charged as per actuals. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 8 PM. - Strictly, no smoking in the house or balcony sit-out. Smoking is allowed only in 2 zones - by the pool and in the driveway. Guests should make use of ashtrays available. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool can be accessed until 8 PM. - Please wear proper swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. - No glass items allowed near the pool. Guests can use only plastic cutlery, which is available. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
