You’ll also find the pool area, outdoor living space, foyer, elevator and staircase to all floors, and many of the home’s included amenities like bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, deep freezer, pool refrigerator, and more. First Level of Living (2nd Floor): On this floor, you’ll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef’s Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 6 and dining table for 8 people (14 total inside), and an additional outdoor patio dining table with seating for 8. The Large Living Room offers plenty of seating including 1 Queen Sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and custom built-in carpentry. You’ll also find 3 Bedrooms on this Floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature King Beds, both with En Suite Baths and Balcony Access; and a Bunk Room (Bedroom 6) with a Full over Full-Sized Built-In Bunk Bed with an En Suite Bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub that is perfect for the kids. The Bunk room also has a workspace and desk. There are 2 sets of Washer/Dryers and a 1/2 Bathroom for your convenience.
