Island Charmer has a wonderful layout. Enter through garage or front of home and both will land you right into the kitchen. So convenient for dropping off groceries and goodies! The kitchen is only slightly separated from the dining room so that entertaining and cooking have a separation, however the dining room has a nice coffee niche where the Keurig is set up and so you can make your afternoon or morning coffee without getting in the way of the cook! Drip coffee is in the kitchen, for whatever your preference may be! Happy hour happens here too as the other half of the coffee bar is set up for wine or cocktails. BYOB!
This lovely home flows nicely into the living room with a very large TV great for watching your favorite sporting event or for cuddling up on the sofa for a great movie! Fireplace is just for ambiance and nostalgia but may not be lit, however the candles are actually electric so feel free to switch them on for a bit of a subtle glow!
The adjoining room can be left open or closed off depending on how many guests you have or what they are doing, as the office desk and chair are there, as well as the sleep sofa. This makes for a nice 3rd bedroom if needed. Lots of windows for cheery morning light and a view of the lush foliage!
The hallway behind leads to the guest bathroom, complete with tub shower, and you will find next to this the guest bedroom. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. The home is cozy and quaint with plenty of room to relax and play. Everything is conveniently on one floor so no steps to contend with. The location is super convenient for walking or driving and is quiet and nice without the sound and bother of traffic. The perfect place to get away from it all while still being conveniently close.
The yard is shaded in some parts, perfect for a restful afternoon with island breezes to enjoy, and has a nice fire pit for warmth or ambiance. It is fully fenced mostly for smaller dogs, and lush landscape gives a nice tropical feel. Plans for some playful amenities are in the works for the near future! Stay tuned!!
You are able to access all of this home save for a housekeeping/owner closet which will remain locked.
You will find plenty of parking in the driveway. Approximately 3-4 vehicles may be parked in the driveway depending upon the size of the automobiles.
Island Charmer is located in Davis Shores -- a stunning neighborhood on the banks of the Matanzas River. and surrounded by water on 3 sides.
