The exterior and interior of Clifton Lodge is an elegant statement sculpted with nature’s own materials. The steeply pitched ceilings give the entire main level a cathedral-like quality.
Enormous picture windows and half-moon-shaped windows shower the main level with natural lighting and incredible mountain vistas. Western interior design brings the natural, outdoors inside and its rustic trademarks are prevalent throughout the color schemes and furnishings. Its spacious design works for the realities of mountain life.
The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge depicts a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship with fallen Montana timbers of lodgepole pine and spruce trees. A quintessential, western log home with luxurious style and an ambiance that radiates classic, mountain comfort. Clifton Lodge is not just a house; it represents a lifestyle.
Tucked away in the trees, at the end of a cul-de-sac with wetlands on the east side of the home, Clifton Lodge feels like a private mountain retreat, yet is only a 5-minute drive to town and just steps from the ski slopes on the 4 O’clock Ski Run. In summer, walk to town on the ski run that connects to the Back to Gondola Run. Watch carefully and you will probably see a moose or two.
Spectacular mountain views await from the sunken great room, with its cathedral windows, large rock fireplace, and comfortable seating. Step out to the sunny south-facing deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining, a grill, a custom-made gas log fire pit, and a hot tub to enjoy under the stars.
A galley kitchen has professional appliances and overlooks the dining and great room. An elegant dining area seats 10 on the same level as the great room.
A spacious king suite is on the main level with a deep jetted tub and shower with dual showerheads.
Up the custom log staircase is the primary king suite with a gas stove, TV, and deck access. An office area overlooks the great room and is the perfect place for some remote work, utilizing the home’s ultra high-speed WIFI. A spacious ensuite has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower making this a luxurious retreat.
Retreat to the lower-level family room for a movie night with comfortable couches, with large TV, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar. Two other bedrooms on the lower level include a bunk room and a twin bedroom- perfect for the kids, each with its own bath.
Other amenities include a mudroom entry for ski storage, a washer and dryer, and a two-bay garage with parking for 5 cars total.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Property Manager homes.
