Welcome to Chalet Halara, located in the luxury neighborhood bordering Shock Hill, within walking distance to the Gondola mid-station. Nordic skiing fans will love the ski-in, ski-out access to trails and bikers and hikers can easily access Cucumber Gulch Preserve for miles of outdoor entertainment.
This stunning mountain modern home has huge windows, capturing the mountain views to highlight your Colorado vacation. Stylish finishes throughout give a chic and modern vibe to this luxury home. Enjoy a private deck and walk-out patio with your own private hot tub and fire pit.
A welcoming open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with a large gourmet kitchen, big mountain views and an elegant dining area. Wander outside for meals in warmer months and enjoy a large deck with a table and gas grill.
Upstairs on the main level, the primary suite includes a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, desk, and an ensuite bath with a separate shower and tub and dual vanity sink.
Downstairs you will find the three other guest rooms including a king suite with ensuite bathroom, a queen suite with ensuite bathroom, and a fun bunkroom for the kids with both twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunks with an ensuite bath.
Head out to the lower patio and enjoy s’mores around the fire pit while you recap the day’s events. Soak away your day in a private hot tub underneath a starry sky.
A 5-minute walk gets you to the gondola mid-station or hit the cross-country ski trails right out the back door.
Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a heated garage with space for two vehicles.
Four-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
