Avoca is a cosy semi-detached property in the heart of Llangennith, situated on the doorstep of one of the best pubs/restaurants in the area, the Kings Head. Just a mere 5-minute drive (0.8 miles) away from the breathtakingly beautiful Llangennith beach, which is dog friendly 12 months of the year, and a short drive to Rhossili’s award-winning beach. Regularly voted in the top 10 beaches of the world, this needs to be visited during your stay.
The property has its own drive way and can accommodate 2 cars comfortably off the road, and a good-size garden out the back with plenty of space for children to play or for you to relax in the sun. There is outdoor furniture as well as a BBQ.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
