4 Eureka is a brand new, beautifully furnished holiday home located in Waldringfield, a picturesque village situated on the bank of the River Deben which is only a few minutes walk away with the sailing club being just 500m from the house. The property provides spacious and modern accommodation for up to four guests seeking a short break or holiday with easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast and popular market town, Woodbridge. There are excellent walking routes right on your doorstep with wonderful bird watching along the sea wall.
As you enter into the hallway, there are two stylish bedrooms, the first one to the left with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers with the second one to the right with a zip and link bed so can be a made up as a second double or a two singles. Beyond the bedrooms is a fantastic bathroom with a separate bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
