There are excellent walking routes right on your doorstep with wonderful bird watching along the sea wall. As you enter into the hallway, there are two stylish bedrooms, the first one to the left with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers with the second one to the right with a zip and link bed so can be a made up as a second double or a two singles. Beyond the bedrooms is a fantastic bathroom with a separate bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. You are then welcomed into a bright and airy, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that has been comfortably furnished with a smart TV, L shaped sofa, dining table and chairs for four as well as a breakfast bar with two stools so there is plenty of space to sit, relax and socialise. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern appliances, large kitchen worktops and plenty of storage for food and drink. Bi-folding doors flood the room with natural light and open out onto the patio and lawned garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ, a perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink and meal in the summer months.
