The flat is located just 3 minutes from the sea! This splendid 2-bedroom apartment spans two floors, offering an enticing layout. The lower floor showcases a charming living room, a delightful dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ascend to the upper level, where you will find the two bedrooms. With an abundance of space and a refined aesthetic, this residence exudes both comfort and style. The living room is graced with two cozy sofas, one of which can double as a convenient sofa bed, and there is also a dining table with ample seating for five. There’s a new bathroom and a new fully equipped kitchen with separate utility. Perfect for friends, family or professionals.

NEW, FULLY EQUIPPED WHITE GLOSS KITCHEN
With a modern design, the fully equipped kitchen area is perfect for cooking with family and friends. There’s an oven and hob, fridge with freezer box and lots of space for preparing a brunch or dinner etc. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery are provided along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please make yourself at home and help yourself.
LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
The wonderful spacious living room has a large 3-seater sofa and an additional 2-seater sofa (one of which can be used as a sofa bed for one extra guest) plus a dining table fit for 5 guests so it’s a nice sociable space. With a Smart TV, this area is perfect for relaxing, chatting, watching a movie or eating a meal with friends or family.
BEDROOMS
The two large bedrooms in the apartment are located upstairs, both have plenty of personal storage space for you to use during your stay. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Super King bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 2 – King bed (2 guests)
Plus the sofa bed in the lounge for an extra guest, if you wish.
BATHROOM
A clean, contemporary and recently refurbished bathroom with shower over the bath.
LOCATION
From this location, you can walk to the vibrant shops of Kemptown which has some lovely local pubs, a couple of great restaurants and some quirky independent shops. You’re just a few minutes from the beach and the sea and you can walk into the centre of Brighton for shopping, culture, nightlife etc in around 10 minutes.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house privately to themselves for the dates of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
The local team at Property Manager are on hand 7 days a week, 10am until 8pm, to ensure you have a great stay!
The Neighborhood:
Located in a peaceful residential area, just moments away from the serene seafront, lies this idyllic spot for a tranquil seaside getaway. Immerse yourself in the charm of the renowned St James Street in Kemptown, boasting a delightful array of boutique shops, mouthwatering restaurants, and inviting independent bars right on your doorstep. Indulge in the delectable flavors of Pizzaface’s remarkable takeaway pizza, satisfy your cravings for freshly baked bread and pastries at the esteemed Real Patisserie, kickstart your day with a caffeine fix from the revered Ground, and unwind with exquisite evening cocktails at the stylish Black Dove..
The famous North Laine area just a 10-15 minute walk away and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewelry shops, cafes and pubs.
The Palace Pier and Brighton Centre is an easy walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.
The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.
Getting Around:
Walking is the easiest way to see Brighton, since all the main attractions are close together. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the centre of town and the apartment could not be closer to the seafront.
Brighton station is a 10-15 minute drive away, with trains to London Victoria, Kings Cross, Gatwick and other cities.
There are plenty of bus routes around town and they are very frequent. The number 1 bus goes into central Brighton and the number 7 goes to Brighton station, both roughly every 7 minutes.
Parking can be difficult in the centre of town. Therefore, we recommend leaving the car in one of the pay and display spaces on the seafront or in a car park and then explore on foot or on public transport.
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
Other Things to Note:
- Please note that there is no smoking in the property, there will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
- A highchair and / or travel cot can be hired for £20 each per stay - please request in advance.
- The apartment is on the first floor of the building. No lift is available.
- Inside the apartment there is one set of stairs.
- Please note that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
