If you enjoy fashionable shopping, fine dining, little delis and bakeries, fancy bars, sightseeing, parks, or all the above, and you also enjoy having them at a walking distance, this is a fantastic and strategic modern nest. Kolonaki still holds its glory as one of the top aristocratic neighbourhoods of Athens. Everything in here is new, has a character and is waiting for you.
This studio definitely feels more spacious than it is! It is an open space yet has a wonderful bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom, excellent wifi, mounted tv, a small balcony and everything one needs for absolute relaxation or work from home. Everything else, is right outside your doorstep as its prime location places it in a small quiet street in the Kolonaki neighbourhood which means you can easily do anything you want by foot. Well-known restaurants, trendy new hot spots, bars, boutiques and shops with character, they are all a few meters away from you. A best case scenario for a super comfortable stay.
During your first walk around the chic Kolonaki area you will quickly find what you are looking for. It’s small and it has it all, exactly like this studio! It has different types of restaurants with different cuisines and different crowds, all day hip cafés, lots of shops where you can find what you already know as well as local designers, the most important museums and the Historical Center, all of the above, at walking distance. The metro as well as every other form of transportation too. You will absolutely love this neighbourhood!
