This beautiful house with a private pool and comfortable terraces is just 550 metres from the beach of Port d’Alcúdia. It sleeps 6 people.
After an entertaining day at the beach, the private chlorine pool measuring 5 x 2.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep will be waiting for you to cool off and relax. In addition, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.
The single-storey house offers a simple, modern and cozy style. Entering through the main door we find the living dining room with AC and TV-sat that is open to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and where we also find the washing machine. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
