Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PROPERTY RULES:
- 1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and present their passport or valid ID at the building entrance. We have a 24/7 host in the apartment for security and service.
- 2) ALL MINORS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR PROVIDE NOTARIZED PERMISSION.
- 3) Sound systems or DJs are not allowed.
- 4) Any damage caused to the house or property belongings must be reported and will be charged.
- 5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
- 6) Smoking any substances, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $50.00 USD fee will be charged if found smoking indoors.
- 7) Leaving any items or belongings with the house staff is not allowed.
- 8) Pets are allowed, but caution is advised.
- 9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME. ANY DRUG ABUSE, CHILD TRAFFICKING, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- 10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- 11) Each time you leave the apartment, turn off the air conditioning and lights, and ensure the windows and front door are closed.
- 12) Be cautious when using the pool; no diving or consuming food or alcohol.
- 13) To conserve the environment, please be responsible with water and electricity consumption.
- 14) Apartment security is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras monitored by a private security company.
- 15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- *Please keep noise levels low, especially on weekdays and late at night. Fine of $150 USD
- Extra Cleaning Services: $100 USD or 500,000 COP.
