Inside, discover an open great room with a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a dining area with a table for four for mealtimes or family game nights, and a comfortable living area with a sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. At the front of this home, there’s a separate living space ideal for socializing or just kicking back with a cup of coffee and a good book! Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu! THINGS TO KNOW - Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. - The city does not allow trash bins to be at the curb, only the bagged trash. If you are occupying this home on a Tuesday or Friday evening, please take the bagged trash from either the garage or the bins in the back of the home to the curb after 7 p.m. Gloves are provided and are by the trash bins. Additionally, trash has been placed in heavy duty bags to prevent tears/leaks. - Road construction may or may not be present - no refunds or credits will be issued. - There is currently construction going on in front of the property You may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
