Boat dock is not available for tie up or use of the boat lift. The large grassy grounds are perfect for playing football or finding your space for relaxation. The home is a stones skip from the waterfront restaurant Ski Shores Cafe and Marina, not far from the popular Emma Long City Park. HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on premises. No pets.
