The sleek kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, including a two-drawer dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Dine together at the groovy, round table, or step outside to dine alfresco on the deck. When it’s time to relax, get the gas fireplace going on this floor or downstairs, where you’ll find another cozy gathering space with a tree-lined view. Stream the latest release on the TV in the main living room or spend the evening admiring the stars with the telescope. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
