Tucked away, yet an easy drive to town, the ski slopes, or hiking trails, this incredible home is perfect for your mountain vacation. An expansive great room has the perfect vaulted windows to take in the views, allowing nature’s beauty to come inside while you gather around the fireplace and recap the day’s events, or take in a movie on the large flatscreen TV. Stylish decor and furnishings and an open floor plan invite both conversation and entertaining with an effortless flow from the great room to the dining area and kitchen. The chefs in your group will enjoy an updated and chic gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, a wine fridge, stone countertops, and plenty of workspace. A center island seats four, serving as a breakfast nook or extra seating. A sliding glass door leads outside and offers plenty of natural light. An adjacent dining table seats 8, making an elegant space to dine and catch up with friends and family. A beautiful primary bedroom is on the main level, with abundant natural light, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. An additional hall bathroom with a shower is also on the main level. On the upper level are three additional bedrooms with beautiful forested vews. A beautiful king suite enjoys vaulted ceilings, views, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. A queen bedroom with TV and nice views, and a full-over-full bunkbed room the kids will love with TV conveniently share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Family movie and game night will take place in the lower level family room, complete with a 70-inch television, a foosball table, and comfortable couches, including a queen sleeper sofa. A wall of windows allows for more great mountain views. Other amenities include a laundry room and a 2-car, heated garage. A 4-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months. Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Property Manager homes. ABOUT THE AREA Forest View is located just south of Breck’s iconic Main Street in Blue River, a peaceful riverside community focused on preserving natural beauty. You’ll discover endless outdoor adventures in Blue River, year-round including hiking/biking and fishing in the summer months and snowshoeing in winter. The nearby Mohawk Lakes are the perfect place to scope out wildlife and get your daily outdoor adventure checked off. Please respect the wildlife present in Blue River – keep plenty of distance and do not offer any food. SHUTTLE This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. GUEST SERVICES The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services. IN HOME AMENITIES All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it?
