Capanna al Lago is a fascinating private villa set on a side of a gentle hill facing the Chianti region where the always present lovely breeze will make your stay unforgettable. You will ,enjoy the shade of the trees and the breathtaking view from the private and perfectly equipped outdoor area set in the well tendered garden.The private garden runs all around the villa and this is where the external hot tube (open from April to November) and the wonderful pool both with the most oustanding views. The city of Siena and the Chianti region are only 10 minutes drive. All kind of shops are only 5 minutes drive and the highway (direction Florence or Rome ) is 10 minutes by car. The big walls of the capanna will make you feel as in a nest, the silence will be the best memory of your holiday with the great views of the private and exclusive use garden: from the garden, in the morning, you will see the fog growing up from the valleys, really an amazing picture from your windows. This villa (200 square meters) is completely made of stone and is on two floors.On the ground floor you will find a very large living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen (perfectly equipped) with direct access to the outside area for meals (barbecue, tables and chairs), 1 toilet.On the first floor : 3 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom with jacuzzi and 1 bathroom with shower.Wi fi is all over the villa which can also be rented in winter time (central heating) and when you can decide to enjoy the evenings in front of the fireplace with a book and a glass of Chianti.....perfect tuscan atmosphere!
