This beautiful holiday home is located in Sant’Isidoro, a seaside resort famous for its characteristic white beach with very fine grains and the sea with transparent and calm water. The bright house is surrounded by a useful courtyard, well cared for, and equipped with tables and chairs. Inside we find the living room, perfectly organized: a dining table, a sofa bed for 1 guest, wall with flat screen TV, fridge with freezer, kitchen with gas oven and sink. The first bedroom is embellished by the characteristic Lecce stone "Carparo", a certain stone of marine origin; this room has two single beds and a fold out bed can be added. Along the corridor we find an air conditioner that optimally refreshes all the rooms. From here we reach the other two bedrooms. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
