All of the furniture and appliances were in good condition, the layout of the house is really neat, it seemed bigger in person than it did in the pictures. The huge deck had plenty of lounge chairs and a great view of lake Michigan. The beach area in front of the house was pretty much private(when we were there at least), we had the beach to ourselves.. The management company in charge of the property did a good job of communicating leading up to check-in with instructions, wi-fi passwords, door lock keycodes, check-out instructions.
