*Summary* Welcome to The Homeplace Abode! A cozy 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom home part of a quadplex with everything you’ll need for a comfortable short or extended stay. The home is located 10 minutes from the Cross Creek Mall and only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Ramsey Street. Parking for this unit is located near the mailboxes. This fully furnished home includes 2 queen-sized beds split across 2 bedrooms. Three flat-screen Smart TVs ensure plenty of space for your small group. Full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware, dishware, and utensils for 4 ensure that you have everything you need to cook and care for at your temporary home. High-Speed Internet is included and reaches the entire home. Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We’ve partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. There is a $15 processing fee with the deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking. *The Space* The Homeplace Abode is a quaint and cozy two bedroom, two bathroom home part of a quadplex. This cozy, one-story home features a small living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances modern, top loading washer and dryer. You will find two bedrooms, both featuring queen-sized beds. The master bedroom also features a dresser and a private bathroom with a shower. The household bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens for all guests. *Other Things to Note* NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don’t forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions. Please remember you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well. Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation. 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor. 3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. *Guest Access* Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The Yale smart lock is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is not pet friendly. The driveway offers enough room for two vehicles nearest the mailboxes. *Getting Around* This home is located off of a busy road in a central location making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze! Fort Bragg is only 15 minutes away! Downtown and the Cross Creek Mall are also very close with many surrounding restaurants and bars making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay. *Interaction with Guests* This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!T Located minutes from Fort Bragg, downtown Fayetteville, and close to shopping and many restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds and smart tv’s. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and a well stocked kitchen for all your needs to prep meals during your stay.
