Brezza #10 is just a short walk from award-winning beaches and only a block from downtown shops and restaurants. The private decks allow you to relax while watching the boats, taking in a nightly sunset, and enjoying the spectacular Musical Fountain. INSIDE THE CONDO This condo is located on the third floor of the Brezza Di Lago building (don’t worry - there’s an elevator!). The condo itself spans one floor and is accommodating for guests of all ages. Beach Town features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, Flat Screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a private balcony as well. The second bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk bed. There is also a second full bathroom, with a washer and dryer. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large granite island with an eating area, a spacious family room with a leather couch, flat-screen TV, and more decks with wonderful views of life along the waterfront. This condo is a top floor, middle unit filled with light and fantastic views of the channel and Lake Michigan. SLEEPING The unit sleeps 5. Bed linens are provided. Grocers are a short drive and there are several small markets within walking distance. PARKING There is one designated parking space for Brezza Unit #10 located in the back of the building. THE LOCATION Beach Town truly has an ideal location for enjoying Grand Haven to the fullest. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, quaint coffee shops, clothing boutiques, toy stores, ice cream shops, all within walking distance. The opportunities are endless! It’s a perfect size without being overwhelming, and great for either just us, or for a couple of our grandkids to come along, too. Everything is within walking distance, even the beach if you are up to a bit of a hike. The stores on the main street are all within 3 or 4 blocks, and they are such fun stores. If you have grandkids, make sure you visit Krissie’s Candies for old-time candies, and also MacKite for toys, toys, toys. So much fun either for the kids, or for a grandma like me, who can’t resist stopping in to buy things even if the kids aren’t with us. The bread store is great, and we especially love the Copper Post for our favorite restaurant. My husband is a people watcher, so the view he has from this condo makes this his favorite vacation that we take. There is SO much to see outside, and you can even watch the Musical Fountain from your room, but I suggest making sure you go down by the river to watch, because you really get to see what I call "the ghost dancers" within the water spouts. We just love watching the fountain. The rooms are always immaculately clean, and you can find anything you need within the drawers and nooks and crannies that are provided." Kathy B.
