This 4 story beautifully furnished townhome features a queen bed and full bathroom with laundry and one car garage with a full size air hockey table on the main floor. The second floor boasts a large kitchen and dining area with full living room. The full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots/pans/coffee maker/silverware, etc. The 3rd floor hosts the extra large master bedroom with king bed and guest room with 2 bunk bed sets. On the top floor you’ll get lost in games with multiple arcade systems and board games or enjoy the amazing view of the mountains from the private deck next to the outdoor fire pit. Towels, linens and everything you may need is provided. Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking.
