The second floor of this picturesque home offers a sunny living room with plenty of comfortable seating options, another gas fireplace, a smart TV, and access to a waterfront balcony. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplaces are only operational from October until the end of March. Lake Lure Rental Boats offer weekly, daily and half-day rentals, as well as discounts for Pinnacle Property Manager stays. Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.
