Lake George Village, Six Flags Great Escape amusement park, and year-round outdoor activities abound within easy reach of home. The cozy, two-story interior comes well-appointed for family-friendly comfort. Spark gourmet meal inspiration in the stainless steel kitchen, equipped with a full suite of major appliances, including a five-burner stove and Wolf-brand hood, a deep-basin sink, and a dishwasher. Deluxe countertop accessories include a Ninja-brand blender and a soda stream. The living area sets the stage for family movies or game nights with a smart TV, fireplace, comfortable seating, and classic card games provided. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests’ own accounts. The owner’s boat is at the dock in season and inaccessible. No motorized watercraft is allowed at the dock overnight. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 2 dog(s), weighing 20lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
