The house itself is a unique experience. A large area of 215 square meters, offers plenty of room for every quest. A large living room with marvelous views of the Museum and Lucabbetus is equipped with a beautiful bar that you can enjoy your drink overlooking the Museum and the famous hill.
A professional high quality pool table (that could be transformed into a dinning table), a comfortable sofa and a modern kitchen with an island that you can enjoy your dinner or lunch having also a wonderful view.
For the friends of chess, a marble chess table with chess pieces copies of Greek Cycladic idols, is ideally located viewing the Archeological museum and Lycabetus hill views.
An original vintage arcade cabin with more than 2000 games including games from the 80’s and 90’s may offer you moments of relaxation and fun.
Next to the living room you may spend time in the TV room enjoying NETFLIX or selecting a movie from the large collection of movies existing in the house.
The house also has a small but modern and functional gym well equipped and ready to host your daily exercise. However if you prefer training outdoors, Areos Park that is located 5 min from the house offers a unique natural environment for training amongst the trees.
After a long day in the city you may relax in the Steam room of the apartment where you can enjoy a nice relaxing and antitoxin Turkish bath.
The house has three very comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest WC and also a sofa that could also sleeps another person. The house is ideal for 6 persons, a large family, friends or couples. However if you are six plus one or two kids there is also enough space.
The house also offers a special and quiet office space, Internet, small house pharmacy, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, etc.

You will be next to Patision Avenue and opposite the National Archaeological Museum, where you will not only see amazing historical wonders but also a beautiful botanical garden in its inner courtyard. The fantastic public park “Pedion you Areos” is around the corner. Enjoy your coffee at the surrounding areas or grab the metro which is a minute away from your door and get downtown to the Historical Centre of Athens.
You will be in a very central location. You can walk to the historical center of Athens, take the bus or the metro!
