The 3 bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space that can accommodate up to 8 people with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and walk-in closets in each of the bedrooms, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
Location-wise it doesn’t get any better than this. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away from this townhouse. There’s a bus stop just a few blocks from the building.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens
- • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine
- • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
- • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
- • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
- • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine
