Enjoy stunning western-facing views across the river and a natural tidal pond from this sprawling historic home that sits on 1.5+ acres. The light-filled farmhouse is located on Persimmon Point, which is positioned between Harness Creek and the South River. It is a peninsula rich in local lore that includes Native American oysters mounds, pirate hideouts, tobacco farming and world champion cows.
Some history: Once the home was part of the original Wimbledon Farm. From the 1930’s, Wimbledon Farm grew abundant produce and tobacco. The last magnificent tobacco barn in Annapolis is on the property next to the house. Wimbledon was also famous for their dairy. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
