The home is ideal for families looking for all of the living and sleeping space on one floor. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The bedrooms are divided into 2 wings - a family wing and a guest wing. The Family wing has the spacious master suite features a private newly-renovated bath with combo bathtub/shower and private entrance to a cozy enclosed temperature-controlled sleeping porch off the Master suite with twin daybeds, perfect for sipping coffee or wine and enjoying the view, or alternatively can be utilized as twin beds! The 2nd guest room on the same wing has sleeping for 5 in the Queen bedroom, twin with trundle and pullout twin futon with private bath with shower in the hall. The Guest wing is a waterfront Queen bedroom with its own door out to the back patio and a shared full bath in the hall. The second guest room on the wing has a platform King bed with plenty of closet space. The beautifully-decorated spacious eat-in kitchen has been supplied with everything guests need for their stay.
